Custom Processed Whole Hog Deposit

Description

Our total price is $6.50/lb hanging weight and this includes processing. Hanging weight for a full hog is 200-250pounds (Average yield depends on the slices you prefer).

How it works:
1. You’ll be charged a non refundable $250 deposit. This covers the deposit we pay to the butcher, and helps us cover the cost of feed while we are raising it.
2. Two weeks before the butcher date, we’ll contact you with the custom cut sheet. We’ll walk you through selecting your cuts of meat. All meat is vacuumed sealed and the butcher is state approved.
3. The pigs will go to the butcher, and we will bill you the balance owed, based on the hanging weight.
4. Processing takes 2-4 weeks. We will contact you when your meat is ready and arrange shipping with our shipping company.
